I think I know why it's so good now. It's because the characters leave such a deep imprint in my mind that they almost seem real. I actually didn't watch the beginning the first time so now I'm watching it again. By the end of the series, 佑振 (the guy standing in the picture) was so depressed all the time, it made me so happy to see him smiling and being carefree in the first episodes. It was a nice feeling =)
